1. The tightness of the cartridge heater and the die hole

The reason is that only when the pipe diameter and the mold hole are very close, the surface temperature of the electric heating pipe can be quickly transmitted to the module, so that the surface temperature of the electric heating pipe is not too high, thereby prolonging the life of the electric heating pipe.
2. Temperature control
When the cartridge heaters is heated in the air, since the air has a hindrance to heat conduction, the single-head electric heating tube is prone to excessive surface temperature in the absence of temperature control. In severe cases, it may be due to internal If the temperature is too high, the heat expands and contracts, and then the tube bursts, which affects the life of the cartridge heater.
3. Material selection
According to the operating temperature of the heating pipe, choose the material that suits you. Working temperature is about 200-300 degrees, using stainless steel 304 material; working temperature is about 400-500 degrees, using stainless steel 321 material; working temperature is about 600-700 degrees, using stainless steel 310S material; working temperature is 800- Around 900 degrees, use Ingle materials.
