1) The gap between the outer diameter of the right-angled cartridge heater and its insertion aperture should be minimized, usually the gap between the two is less than 0.2mm;

2) The mounting hole should be able to fit the cartridge heater of the mold, and the deviation tolerance should be controlled within 0.05mm. If the deviation is too large, the machining hole needs to be corrected;

3) Before the installation of the cartridge heater of the mold, the impurities left in the mold hole should be cleaned, such as organic oil and other residues, which will be carbonized after heating, thus affecting the heat conduction ability.

Root pipe connected to the power supply: directly according to the voltage size of the wiring, usually 220V, a fire line, a zero line; 380V, if there are only 2 binding posts, then it is connected to 2 fire lines.
