A thermocouple is a temperature measuring element commonly used in a thermometer, which directly measures the temperature and converts the temperature signal into a thermoelectric potential signal, which is converted to the temperature of the medium under test through an electrical instrument (two meters). The shape of various thermocouples is often very different depending on the need, but their basic structure is roughly the same, usually composed of thermoelectric poles, insulating sleeve protection tubes and junction boxes and other major parts, usually and display instruments, recording instruments and electronic regulators supporting the use.
