What are the applications of cartridge heater?
Cartridge heater has the characteristics of small size and high power, especially suitable for heating metal molds, usually used with thermocouples, can achieve very good heating and temperature control effect.
The main applications of cartridge heater: stamping dies, hot cutting knives, packaging machinery, injection molds, extrusion molds, rubber molding molds, meltblown molds, hot press molding machinery, semiconductor processing, pharmaceutical machinery, uniform heating platform, liquid heating, etc.
For example, in traditional plastic molds or rubber molds, a cartridge heater is placed inside the metal mold plate to ensure that the plastic and rubber materials in the mold runners are always in a molten state and always maintain a relatively uniform temperature.
