In the single-head electric heating tube, since it is desired to detect the temperature at some point, a single-head electric heating tube with a thermocouple is bred. A single-head electric heating tube with a thermocouple is used to detect the temperature by adding a K-type or J-type thermocouple inside, but the position of the thermocouple is different, and the temperature position of the detection is different. Even in the single-head electric heating tube:
1. Pipe bottom grounding type
The thermocouple is placed at the bottom of the tube and is electrically connected to the outer casing of the electric heating tube. Since the temperature measuring node at the bottom can be in close contact with the mold, the temperature sensing speed is fast, and the process structure is suitable for all sizes of electric heating tubes.

2. The bottom of the tube is not grounded
The temperature sensing speed is slower than the bottom contact type structure and is often used as a reference temperature.

3. Pipe intermediate grounding type
It is suitable for electric heating tubes with length longer than 80mm. It is used to measure the temperature inside the electric heating tube and it can be used for over-temperature monitoring.

4. Tube non-grounding type
It is suitable for electric heating tubes with length longer than 80mm. It is used to measure the temperature of the inner wall of the electric heating tube shell. It is used as a reference for the temperature of the electric heating tube housing and is widely used in the occasion where the surface temperature of the electric heating tube is high.
