How to judge the quality of electric heating element?
First, look at the appearance of the electric heaters;
1, the surface is smooth, no uneven holes
2, no barbs, smooth cutting, smooth color uniform
3, the welding joint is tight, no cavities
Second, the internal design of the electric heaters;
Is the power design reasonable? See if the power and size are reasonable.
Is the material selection appropriate; see if the material is suitable
Three: Whether the electric heater meets the standard
Industrial electric heating elements standard: JB/T GB2379-1993 Metal tubular electric heating element
1, voltage: whether to order according to requirements
2. Rated power error value: under sufficient heat conditions,
a. For components with rated power less than or equal to 100W: ±10%
b. For components with rated power greater than 100W: +5% to -10% or 10W, whichever is greater.
3, insulation resistance value: the cold resistance of the factory inspection is not less than 50 megohms; the insulation resistance after long-term storage or use is not less than 1 megohm;
4. Leakage current: cold leakage current and water pressure and leakage current after sealing test should not exceed 0.5mA
5. High-voltage strength: 1500V/Min, no breakdown phenomenon must meet the above requirements of electrical parameters.
