How to choose the material of the air heating tube, usually according to the working temperature to select the material
When the working temperature of air heater is 300-400 degrees, the stainless steel 304 material is selected.
When the working temperature of air heater is 500-600 degrees, the stainless steel 321 material is selected.
When the working temperature of air heater is 700-800 degrees, choose stainless steel 310S material or Ingle material.
After considering the working temperature of air heaters, we have selected the material of the tube. The air heating tube has more fins. At this time, we should combine the air humidity to select the appropriate fin material and fastener material.
If the air is dry and the air flow is better, we recommend the use of stainless steel 201 fins and fasteners.
If the air humidity is high and the air flow is poor, the fins and fasteners must be made of stainless steel 304 or higher.
Because stainless steel 201 is equivalent to stainless steel, it is only slightly more resistant to corrosion than iron, but it will be corroded and rusted in a space where air humidity is relatively large for a long time, and the electric heating tube is easily broken.
The effect of air humidity on the electric heating tube is to corrode the electric heating tube of iron material and accelerate the corrosion rate of the stainless steel material.
