The hot-press forming machine cartridge heater generally adopts a conventional single-head heating tube for heating in an embedded environment, and can select a low-density cartridge heaters, medium-density cartridge heaters or even high-density cartridge heater according to the equipment and customer requirements.
The cartridge heater refers to a metal tubular cartridge heaters, and the armored cartridge heaters is a spring electric heating wire which is placed in a metal sheathed pipe, and uniformly fills the modified oxidation beauty with good thermal conductivity and insulation in the gap portion. The powder is shrunk by the shrinking tube machine, so that the heating wire is insulated from the air, and the center position is not offset and hits the pipe wall, and is formed by shrinking, annealing, bending, welding fasteners and the like.
1. The cartridge heater is classified into A grade (6W/cm2-12W/cm2), AA grade (12W/cm2 - 15W/cm2), AAA grade (15W/cm2 - 40W/cm2) according to the surface load;
2. Different grades are used different materials , and the price and cost are different. So can choose the cartridge heater according to the actual situation and the target price;
3. The domestically produced process can only be achieved below 6W/cm2, the material will be stainless steel 304, and the warranty is generally 3 months;
4. A, AA, AAA grade products are imported materials and made by import process, A, AA level generally adopts Germany imported 321 material or Ingle 840, AAA grade generally adopts Ingle 840 or Ingle 800. Imported cartridge heater is generally guaranteed for 1 year (embedded dry burning working environment);
5. The heating wire used domestic cartrideg heaters is generally made of iron-chromium-aluminum or nickel-chromium wire; imported cartridge heater adopts German BGH heating wire or American nickel-chromium 2080 resistance wire;
6. According to different surface loads to select insulation materials, low temperature magnesium oxide powder, medium and low temperature magnesium oxide powder and high temperature magnesium oxide powder; imported process cartridge heater are made of UCM magnesium oxide powder.
