The infrared ceramic heating element is a high temperature ,long life heating element which adopt to the industrial ,especially in chemical fiber, engineering plastics, plastic machinery, electronics, medicine, food.Ceramic elements include ceramic trough elements, ceramic hollow elements, ceramic flat elements, and ceramic infrared bulbs.Ceramic heater plate, mainly used for extrusion,casting and down-stroke machines. The operating temperature can reach up to 600 degree C. The maximum surface loading rate is 8 w/ cm2.Ceramic elements operate in the temperature of 300°C to 700°C (572°F - 1292°F) producing infrared wavelengths in the 2 - 10 micron range.
