It can be designed as crawler-type or rope-type heaters, depending on the shape and size of the workpiece. This type of heater can be easily spliced or bent to tightly wrap around the workpiece, providing efficient and convenient heating. It offers a wide range of applications, rapid heating speed, high heat utilization rate, and easy operation. It can achieve a maximum surface temperature of 1050°C. FCP heaters are suitable for heating various metal components such as large towers, pressure vessels, bridges, and high-pressure pipeline welding preheating. They can also be used for auxiliary heating of piping and vessels, both indoors and outdoors. FCP heaters are currently the most advanced and practical localized heating equipment available.
