Cartridge heaters are manufactured in two basic forms - high density and low density.Cartridge heaters are used to heat plastic injection moulds, dies, platens and so forth, whereas low density cartridge heaters are more suitable for packing machinery, heat sealing, labelling machines and hot stamping applications.

MGO Rod: Imported from Japan Tateho, USA OTC;
MGO Powder: Imported from UK UCM, Japan Tateho;
Resistance Heating Wire: Sweden Kanthal, Germany BGH, NiCr8020;
High Temperature Wire: Fiberglass wire, Pure Nickel Core wire, Teflon wire, Silicone wire;
Terminal Pin: Nickel-manganese alloy, pure nickel wire.

Please note that we manufacture to customer specification. There are many lead options available, including Glass Fibre Leads, Silicon Rubber Leads, PTFE Leads, Ceramic Beaded Leads, Braided Leads and Conduits. Please advise us of the type of leads preferred. If you would like some assistance or advise on the correct lead to use, please do not hesitate to ask.
